SAK Has a New Home at the CityArts Factory's Eola Capital Loft.
SAK Has A New Home!!! In the Spring of 2010, SAK took residence in the City Arts Factory, located at the corner of Orange Ave. and Pine Street in the heart of Downtown Orlando, occupying the 2nd Floor of the art gallery and theater venue.
Ironically, this new home for SAK at 29 South Orange Ave. is just about 1 block away from the location of the first SAK Comedy Lab venue (at 45 E. Church St.) That location no longer exists - it has been replaced by the behemoth Plaza high rise and Solaire Condo tower.

| The agreement is a joint effort between SAK, the Downtown Arts District (D.A.D.), and the City of Orlando. SAK would like to thank and recognize Jennifer Quigley of the DAD Executive Board, Shanon Larimer, the Executive Director of the Downtown Arts District and Chief Administrator of the CityArts Factory, the Mayor of Orlando and his staff and Kurt Bauerle of the DAD Executive Board, without whose efforts and cooperation this arrangement would not have been made.
SAK especially thanks Jennifer Quigley, whose contributions were instrumental in forging the agreement between SAK and DAD. |
